Currently working on a computer vision and machine learning project to reduce food waste across Santa Barbara county.

Saltwater Aquarium Ecosystem design, manufacture and maintenance: Extensive experience in all aspects of reef tank ecosystems. Designing, building, and plumbing display and ancillary tanks. Programming of computer systems used to monitor tank health. Cultivating corals, anemones, and numerous fish.
Entrepreneur: Founded and now manage three businesses. (1) Design and installation of home wireless systems, (2) aquarium supply and maintenance, and (3) saltwater coral cultivation and sales.
Triathlon: Compete in approximately 4 USAT events each year.
Public Speaking: keynote or guest speaker at numerous Foodbank of Santa Barbara County events (2013 – present), keynote speaker at Aquashella Chicago aquarium trade show (2018), SIG summer program commencement speaker (2017), guest on Good Morning America (aired Thanksgiving 2014).
